UConn football is filling out its 2022 recruiting class at a rapid rate, and the Huskies are getting quality in addition to quantity. They’ve nabbed three-star recruits from as far as Texas and Florida, but their latest hails from Connecticut, as Bristol Central High’s Victor Rosa announced his commitment to UConn on Wednesday.
Rosa is the no. 2-ranked prospect in the state of Connecticut and the highest-ranked in-state recruit to join the Huskies since Tim Boyle in 2013.
“The coaching staff and I (Corey Edsall) specifically have built a strong relationship over the past year, and overall I wanted to stay home and make the biggest impact possible,” Rosa told the Bristol Press.
