STORES: Costco will be closed but most major supermarkets, including Albertsons, Vons, Pavilions, Smart & Final, Northgate Markets and Whole Foods, will be open Sunday, April 16.: South Coast Plaza will be closed on Easter Sunday, but several restaurants will be open for Easter brunch, including The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, AnQi By House of AN, Water Grill and Royal Khyber Fine Indian Cuisine.
