The plea deal allows Adams to put the incident with an Uber driver behind him.
UCLA DB-turned-WR Ishmael Adams finally put his legal trouble behind him today as he entered a "no contest" plea to one count of misdemeanor battery resulting from an incident last August with an Uber driver, according to a report from the Los Angeles Times.
The Times further reports:
As part of a negotiated plea agreement, Adams was sentenced to 20 days of community labor, Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and psychological counseling, according to Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney’s office.
