The UCLA Women’s Swimming & Diving team was named a Scholar All-America Team this week, selected by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America. The team was selected after posted a stellar team grade point average of 3.51 during the winter quarter.
The selection process for Scholar All-America teams were based upon the specific winter term grade point average as the team must carry above a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
The CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart specifically mentioned the UCLA women’s team as well, citing the fact that the coronavirus global pandemic certainly went into the ultimate decisions for the teams selected.
