Rachel Garcia is winning at everything, and there is no one more deserving. This season has been an illustrious one for UCLA softball, not just because the Bruins won their 13th national championship, but because of how they captured that championship.
Though this was a team effort, a big part of that team was Rachel Garcia who has now added a Honda Cup and the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year Award to her collection.
This is in addition to winning the 2019 Honda Sports Award, the Schutt Sports/NFCA D1 Pitcher of the Year Award, the USA Player of the Year Award, the ESPNW Player of the Year Award as well as the Pac-12 Player and Pitcher of the Year Award.
