LOS ANGELES – About two decades and several pounds ago, Marques Tuiasosopo was a Rose Bowl-winning quarterback at Washington who went on to an eight-year NFL career. From college to the pros, he went from coast to coast and back and played under eight head coaches, collecting tricks and tips along the way.
As the UCLA quarterbacks coach, he relishes the opportunity to impart his wisdom on the team’s large crop of quarterbacks. And when he does, he sees a little bit of himself in each one of them.
During meetings, his players constantly ask questions, Tuiasosopo said.
