LOS ANGELES – The UCLA football team has a bye week, but Coach Jim Mora is still unsure if a few extra days of rest will be enough to get quarterback Josh Rosen back on the field.
Mora said Monday a nerve problem in Rosen’s right shoulder remains the biggest issue for the star sophomore, who missed his second consecutive game Saturday against Utah.
The problem is getting a nerve to fire in Rosen’s shoulder, the coach said, but there is no timetable on when that might happen. UCLA (3-5, 1-4 Pac-12) faces Pac-12 South leader Colorado next on Nov.
