LOS ANGELES – UCLA coach Jim Mora visited injured quarterback Josh Rosen at the sophomore’s house in Manhattan Beach on Monday night bearing gifts.
The coach brought tiramisu, cheesecake and ice cream as the pair talked about Rosen’s recent shoulder surgery and “his path back to the top,” Mora said. That path might start on the sideline of Saturday’s game against Oregon State at the Rose Bowl (6 p.m., Pac-12 Networks).
Mora said Rosen was interested in being on the sideline for the game to help in any way he can.
“I would love him to be on the sidelines if it’s safe,” Mora said.
