UCLA hopes to break Stanford's 7-game win streak

LOS ANGELES – Earlier this week, linebackers coach Scott White urged Deon Hollins and other UCLA players to re-watch last season’s 31-10 loss to Stanford.

“Just feel it, and embrace the feeling you had at the end of the game,” White told them, according to Hollins.

It was a debilitating defeat on that sunny late November afternoon at the Rose Bowl. The Bruins, one week after a convincing win over USC, entered the game ranked No.8 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll, one win from clinching the Pac-12 South Division and advancing to the conference championship game, where Oregon awaited.
