FIVE QUESTIONS UCLA MUST ANSWER
1. Who starts at quarterback?
This is the big one. UCLA must replace Brett Hundley, the school’s all-time leader in touchdown passes who left as maybe its most transcendent quarterback of the past 20 years. Hundley started every game in Coach Jim Mora’s first three seasons, going 29-11 and leading the Bruins to back-to-back 10-win seasons. The candidates to succeed the decorated passer include five-star recruit Josh Rosen, who enrolled in January for spring practice, redshirt junior Jerry Neuheisel, the son of the former UCLA coach and Rose Bowl-winning quarterback Rick Neuheisel, and former walk-on Mike Fafaul, also a fourth-year junior.
