Caleb Wilson was the only UCLA football player selected in the 2019 NFL Draft. He was selected last. That is not good for a team that has been bringing in top recruits in the previous 3-5 years.
What is even more interesting is that UCLA, at the time under Jim Mora, did not recruit Wilson as he came in as a walk-on transfer from USC that used his sheer talent to land a starting spot at the tight end position.
UCLA's recruiting classes in 2014-16 were ranked 18th, 12th and 13th nationally.
