Last evening, 3-star OLB Noah Keeter from Bucholz HS in Gainesville, Florida became the first recruit to commit to UCLA since the Early Signing Period closed last month. According to 247Sports, Keeter received an offer from Chip Kelly earlier in the day yesterday during his official visit to campus.
Keeter made the announcement via Twitter.

Keeter was previously offered by the Army Black Knights, the Navy Midshipmen, the Air Force Falcons, the Ohio Bobcats, and the Charlotte 49ers.
