UCLA Bruins junior cornerback Ishmael Adams remains under indefinite suspension from the team for his role in an alleged robbery, but there could finally be a silver lining in his situation. Per Joey Kaufman of The Orange County Register, the Los Angeles Disctrict Attorney’s Office has passed along the case to that of the City Attorney. This means that if Adams is charged, it will be with a misdemeanor.
Adams will appear in court tomorrow morning. He was arrested at the end of August for allegedly using force to steal an Uber driver’s cell phone.
