Despite the loss of two top-tier ballers in Jordin Canada and Monique Billings, UCLA basketball head coach Cori Close continues to reload and it is looking like 2019 is going to be an exceptional class for her Bruins.
On Tuesday, UCLA landed their second commitment for the 2019 recruiting class as top California basketball player Charisma Osborne out of Windward School in West L.A. gave her pledge to the Bruins.
Osborne is the second player to commit to UCLA in this recruiting cycle after 5-star point guard Jaden Owens committed to the Bruins back in June.
