I have always said, “If a UCLA coach can be successful and bring championships to the school, they deserve to stay. If they do not and are unsuccessful, they need to go.”
The coach in question here is UCLA Basketball coach Steve Alford. After his first two season getting the Bruins to the Sweet Sixteen, his team completely missed out on the big dance last season. It also didn’t help that he went 15-17 with a 10th place finish in the Pac-12.
Because of this, many Bruin fans called for a change in leadership.
