Well, who would have thunk it?
Before the season started, Southern Cal was picked to win the Pac-12 South and, while UCLA was predicted to have an ok year, I don’t think many people foresaw that the Bruins would be entering this game with just a 2-8 record. As it stands, 13 losses between the two teams is the poorest season ever.
How bad has it been for Southern Cal? Well, many seem to think that he needs to win today to save his job. To a degree, I understand it. It seems unlikely that the Trojans will be able to beat #3 Notre Dame next week, even if the game is played at the Mausoleum.
