UCLA coach Jim Mora confirmed Thursday before the Bruins took the field against Colorado that quarterback Josh Rosen will miss the remainder of the season with a shoulder injury.
Rosen did not make the trip to Colorado with the Bruins after reports surfaced Tuesday that the injury to his throwing shoulder would be season-ending.
Last week, Mora indicated that the injury may have involved a nerve issue, saying “the nerve has to start firing again,” but the coach denied any nerve damage Tuesday, explaining that he is not fully qualified to speak on specific medical issues and may have misspoken.
