It came out yesterday that junior offensive lineman Alex Redmond has departed from UCLA Football and is apparently headed for the NFL draft as he has signed with an agent.
Redmond, who was thought to test the waters after the season, has now dove in head first into the NFL Draft conversation, leaving the Bruins a man short on the offensive line.
UCLA is set to play the Nebraska Cornhuskers this Saturday in the Foster Farms Bowl in Santa Clara, CA at Levi’s Stadium.
The timing of Redmond’s decision is very curious seeing as it has come less than a week before UCLA’s final game of 2015.
