It’s been reported that the Arizona Wildcats have hired UCLA Bruins WR coach and passing game coordinator Jimmie Dougherty under new head coach Jedd Fisch.
No formal announcement from Arizona has been made but Fisch tweeted out a picture and 247Sports’ Arizona affiliate have reportedly verified the action.
Fisch has made quick work of filling out his staff at Arizona and it’s unknown at this time what position Dougherty will fill on his staff.
We’d expect an official announcement from Arizona at some point but until then, even in speculation, this is a big loss for UCLA.
