UCLA may have stomped Cal on Thursday night, but they suffered some key losses in their win. The Bruins lost leading rusher Paul Perkins to a knee injury.

Then later in the second half leading tackler Savaiinaea had to be carted off with what appeared to be an injury to his leg.

While the severity of the injuries is still unknown, head coach Jim Mora while addressing the media after the game said the injuries were, “Not good. They’re not good.”

Although they pulled out a big win against a high-powered Cal offense, UCLA is already without Myles Jack, Fabian Moreau and Eddie Vanderdoes for the rest of the season.
