Former UCLA forward Dave Meyers passed away Friday at the age of 62.

The cause of death was cancer, the school said.

Meyers played under Coach John Wooden from 1972-75, helping to lead the Bruins to NCAA championships in 1973 and 1975. The '73 team finished 30-0.
