PASADENA - UCLA held on for a 35-31 win over Colorado on Saturday afternoon at the Rose Bowl.
The Bruins (6-2, 3-2 Pac-12) needed a late 2-yard touchdown run by freshman running back Soso Jamabo early in the fourth quarter to pull ahead of the Buffaloes (4-5, 1-4), who had taken a 31-28 lead on a 6-yard touchdown run by Patrick Ross on the previous drive.
Rosen helped set up Jamabo’s go-ahead score, hitting Jordan Payton and Thomas Duarte for passes of 26 and 38 yards, respectively.
UCLA’s defense had a tough time keeping Colorado’s offense off the field.
