The UCLA Bruins football recruiting class is starting to come together. Just two days after receiving their commitment from Kajiya Hollawayne, the QB of the future got one of his future top WR targets when Ezavier Staples committed to the Bruins.
Staples stands at 6’2, 182 pounds from nearby Millikan High School in Long Beach. He’s the nation’s 63rd-best receiver, according to 247Sports, and the state of California’s 42nd-best prospect for the class of 2021.
His commitment vaulted the Bruins overall recruiting class to seven total commits and into fourth in the conference, jumping ahead of Washington, who also has seven commitments.
