The best answer to that question is not much in terms of quantity of recruits, but a substantial amount in terms of quality. Looking at the current state of USC’s 2016 football recruiting class and target list (the latter of which isn’t precise by any stretch, but is good enough right now for our purposes), there are five recruitments that are likely to involve UCLA and USC doing head-to-head battle down the stretch and all five involve top-100 national recruits. The Bruins and Trojans will be doing some heavyweight prizefighting for players who would be glittering jewels in either program’s 2016 class.
