Coming off of a 30-24 loss to Utah, it is imperative the Cal gets back on the right track against a UCLA team that has lost two straight games.
Cal is coming off of a bye week, while UCLA played last Thursday against Stanford in Palo Alto. That should benefit the Bears; however, the team is trying to do something it hasn't done in awhile: win in Southern California.
The Bears have not won a game in Los Angeles since 2009, a 45-26 victory over UCLA at the Rose Bowl. Since then, the closest the Bears have come was last season's 38-30 loss to USC at the Coliseum.
