Four-star outside linebacker Roquan Smith shocked a lot of people when he spurned his home-state Georgia Bulldogs and announced he would play his college football at UCLA, but it turns out he's wavering on that commitment.

There's usually someone who waivers on their commitment every year, and it appears that Smith is rethinking about staying in-state. Michigan and Texas A&M are also in the mix for the linebacker.
Smith was thought to be the latest victory of UCLA's big day, who saw commitments from Chris Clark (No. 1 TE), Soso Jamabo (No. 4 ATH), and Joshua Wariboko (No. 8 OG) earlier in the day.
