A wide smile spread across Shaquill Griffin's face when he was asked about the UCF football team's last trip to USF in 2014.
Griffin, who was a sophomore cornerback at the time, played on a defense that helped hand the Bulls, who were in rebuilding mode at the time under coach Willie Taggart, their first home shutout.
Now, the roles have reversed for the program and it's the Knights who are regrouping under first-year coach Scott Frost when they meet at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium Saturday at noon.
But Griffin is expecting to bring the same fun and passion to the spirited War on I-4 rivalry.
