Knights fans across Central Florida showed support for injured QB McKenzie Milton and UCF on Friday by posting photos of themselves with Hawaiian leis and shirts.
Seminole County Schools encouraged students and teachers to wear Hawaiian shirts in support of Milton, who remains at Tampa General Hospital following his knee and leg injury a week ago in the Knights’ game against rival USF. Other schools in other counties also participated.
Even one local TV station got into the spirit changing their news set to black-and-gold for Milton and the Knights. Below is a sampling of some of the photos being shared on social media.
