Staying cool under pressure is one big reason UCF receiver Tre'Quan Smith was able to put together an American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year campaign despite the team's disastrous 2015 results.
But even the usually steady and reserved Smith admitted he had trouble shaking off his dropped touchdown pass against East Carolina a few weeks ago.
"When I came down and I dropped it, I just laid there for a second. I was like, 'No, this isn't real. Did I just drop it?' It just bothered me the whole game because that's something I couldn't get back and I really wanted to catch the ball and put my team on top early," Smith said.
