At first glance, new UCF football coach Scott Frost seemed to be orchestrating a party during the Knights' first day of spring practice Tuesday.
Players swayed to the music when hip hop classics like Tupac's "Gangsta Party" and Biggie's "Big Poppa" blared through the speakers. A few players dared smiles and laughs during early warm-up drills. For the first time since last year's catastrophic 0-12 season, players said they enjoyed football practice again.
"We work too hard and too many hours to have it be miserable," Frost said. "We want these guys to enjoy what they're doing.
