UCF coach Josh Heupel and his staff navigated coronavirus pandemic hurdles to lock in a wave of 2021 recruits during early National Signing Day Wednesday. Take a closer look at the class:
DT Anthony Hundley, 6-3, 270 (Bradenton): After starting his high school career at Booker T. Washington High in Miami, Hundley transferred to IMG Academy where he registered 21 tackles, four tackles for a loss and an interception. He’s big, strong and physical, according to UCF coach Josh Heupel, with the ability to be disruptive.
QB Mikey Keene, 5-11, 175 (Chandler, Ariz.): First-year quarterbacks coach Joey Halzle recruited the dual-threat prospect after he amassed 5,089 passing yards and 47 touchdowns during 29 career games.
