Everyone around the UCF basketball program knows center Justin McBride carries a personality about as large as his 6-foot-10, 325-pound body.
Now, his game is getting bigger, too.
Last week, McBride turned in the best performance of his UCF career during a 88-73 loss to No. 15 SMU on the road, where he finished just one rebound shy of a double-double. He led UCF with 20 points, matching a career conference high scoring game against Houston in 2014, and was named to the American Athletic Conference honor roll earlier this week for averaging 15 points and seven rebounds during matchups with the Mustangs and rival USF.
