To UCF coach Scott Frost, the Knights' matchup against the Arkansas State Red Wolves Saturday in the Cure Bowl means more than just the opportunity to bring home a postseason win.
It also means more practice time and another opportunity to groom his younger players, especially on a talented defense slated to lose some key seniors.
"We got some young guys behind [the exiting players] at certain positions that we feel good about," Frost said. "I think that there are a couple guys redshirting this year that are really gonna help us and every year in college football, that happens.
