UCF baseball head coach Greg Lovelady signed a contract extension that will keep him in Orlando through the 2025 season, the program announced Wednesday.
This is the second contract extension that Lovelady has signed to remain at UCF since he became the Knights head coach in July 2016.
Lovelady thanked UCF athletics director Terry Mohajir, senior executive associate athletics director David Hansen and university president Alexander Cartwright in a press release.
“I’m incredibly grateful to Terry Mohajir, David Hansen, and President Cartwright for believing in me,” Lovelady said in the press release. “It means a lot that they would show how much faith they have in me by rewarding me with this.
