UCF athletics director Terry Mohajir has proposed an expansion of the Kenneth G. Dixon Athletics Village that would include expanding the current 44,000-seat Bounce House Stadium. Part of that expansion would include moving the football coaches’ offices from Wayne Densch Sports Center to a new structure on the South end zone area.
The top level of the offices will contain a luxury club called the Launch Club which will provide premium seating and event space. Below the club are skybox spaces for the families of the coaching staff.
