Sports-loving kids fantasize about carrying a football into the end zone, soaking in the glory from adoring fans. Litter Mark Rucker just wanted to knock somebody's lights out.
And Rucker made that wish a near daily reality as a youth football player for Miami Optimist.
"He had to be maybe 7 years old and the coach had to take him out of practice. He pulled him out and said, 'You're hurting all the kids.' They took him out and put him on the sidelines," said Reggie Rucker, Mark's father. "I said, 'Good Lord, I didn't know he could hit like that.
