This seems to be becoming old hat for Adrian Peterson. On Tuesday, the NFL announced that Peterson is one of the three finalists for the Week 12 FedEx Ground Player of the Week. It is the fifth time this season that Peterson has been a finalist and, if he wins, it will be the second time in three weeks that he has landed the honor.
The Minnesota Vikings running back got the most work of any of the three finalists, carrying 29 times for 158 yards and two touchdowns. The other finalists are Denver’s C.
