Tacko Fall stands 7-foot-6, but right now the UCF freshman is being made to feel about 2 feet tall.
"He doesn't understand why this is happening," says Amanda Wettstein, the Eustis woman who has been Fall's guardian for two years. "He hasn't done anything wrong; he's been nothing but a role model."
Unfortunately, he's being treated like a lawbreaker in the alternative universe known as NCAA compliance. Incredibly, Tacko Fall, an engineering student at UCF who speaks four different languages and is excelling in calculus and chemistry courses, is somehow considered academically deficient by NCAA standards.
