There are no questions about the UCF football team's identity.
The Knights are and always have been a blue-collar football program, relying on athletes overachieving on and off the field.
But the questions about the 2015 UCF football team's legacy are just heating up in 2015.
Can the Knights beat a team from a Power 5 conference this season? Will this season be a positive audition for a spot in the Big 12? Perhaps, most important, will this be long-time head coach George O'Leary's last season?
After all, the 69-year-old coach accepted a temporary role as the interim athletic director this summer and UCF will announce its long-term plans for the position at the end of the football season.
