A teenager was arrested after police said he crashed a house party in Jacksonville Beach and tried to steal Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles’ pickup truck, according to a report by News4Jax.com.
Per the report, 18-year-old high school student Joseph Horton was caught on home surveillance camera footage breaking into Bortles’ Ford F-150, which had been left unlocked with the keys inside. The teen nabbed the former University of Central Florida star’s wallet before trying to drive off in the truck, but was foiled because the pickup was boxed in by other cars, the report said.
The teen later entered the home, but the police were called because nobody at the party knew who he was, the report said.
