Former UCF kicker, YouTube star settles lawsuit with school

A former University of Central Florida kicker known for his YouTube channel settled his lawsuit against the school officials who revoked his scholarship because he was making money making videos, documents show.

In a Friday filing, lawyers said the two sides “amicably resolved” the lawsuit. They will pay their own legal feels, the document said.

Donald De La Haye claimed his First Amendment and due process rights were violated when the school took away his scholarship.
