Before every UCF football game, Jawon Hamilton hypes himself up by watching highlight clips of his favorite football player — Reggie Bush.
He admires Bush's versatility, having made big plays in the backfield, from the slot and on kickoff returns. Hamilton, an 18-year-old freshman, has been the Knights' No. 1 running back for the past three contests and envisions himself evolving into the same kind of multi-threat as his idol.
But this week, Hamilton won't have to turn to technology for inspiration when the Knights travel to FIU Saturday. He'll be looking at the faces of his 20 friends and family members he expects to see inside the Panthers' stadium for motivation.
