UCF athletics director Danny White delivered a clear message to Knight Nation: If you don’t want to follow stadium coroanvirus safety policies, stay home.
The Knights are scheduled to host their first home game during the coronavirus pandemic Saturday. UCF’s game against Tulsa is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. and will air nationally on ESPN2.
The Bounce House will bounce a lot less with attendance limited to about 11,000 fans in compliance with Orange County safety requirements.
“Knight Nation, all across the country, college and professional football is being played with no fans in the stands," White said in a video addressing fans on social media.
