BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — After a season that saw a school record home winning streak, record number of wins, and record number of conference wins, the UAB Blazers broke another record today, landing four players on the All-Conference USA team.
Robert Brown landed on the first team after ending the season as the leading scorer for the Blazers with 13.2 points per game.
“RB placed team success above everything else on the court this year and the team followed his lead,” UAB head coach Jerod Haase said in a release. “He is truly deserving of all of his accolades, and I am grateful for his dedication and the impact he has had on our program during his time at UAB.
