BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Former UAB and Wenonah quarterback Joe Webb didn’t have many camps of NFL players to go out when he was growing up. That’s part of the reason he holds an annual camp in Birmingham for the community that helped him reach where he is today.
“It’s always a blessing to come back and give to the community,” Webb said during his camp Saturday. “Every time I touched the field, I felt like nothing else matters. I’m sure a lot of these kids probably feel the same way.
