I read your article on the Conference USA basketball tournament, and must admit, I agree with some things you said. However, I would like to argue a few points that I feel you fail on or stretch the imagination a bit too much.
Your argument seems to be centered around two points: football will fail because of poor basketball attendance, and the students are always the problem. I see flaws in both arguments.
First, trying to say football will suffer because of poor basketball attendance is a far stretch of the imagination, but nice try.
