The University of Tulsa's 2020 National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) is scheduled for the Tulsa-SMU women's basketball game on Saturday, February 15 at the Donald W. Reynolds Center. Game time is 2:00 p.m.
NGWSD is a national observance that celebrates the extraordinary achievements of women and girls in sports.
This year, former TU All-America softball pitcher Aimee Creger will be recognized at halftime of the game as the school's NGWSD award-winner.
Creger, from Yukon, Okla., was a three-time NFCA third-team All-American, three-time all-conference selection and two-time Conference USA Pitcher of the Year. She made 135 pitching appearances for Tulsa and completed her career with 10 school records, including lowest ERA (1.
