The University of Tulsa track and field alumnus Marc Scott finished 14th in the 10,000m race overnight for Great Britain at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Scott turned in a time of 28:09.23 and finished just 26.01 seconds behind Olympic gold medalist Selemon Barega from Ethiopia who recorded a time of 27:43.22.
At the first 1,000m mark, Scott was in seventh place, but fell to 12th at the 3,000m mark. He was in 15th place with 1,000m to go, but pushed ahead for his 14th place finish.
