Tulsa men's soccer player Chase Bromstedt was tabbed to the American Athletic Conference all-conference second team, while Gilles Kuhler was named to The American all-rookie team, as announced today by the league office.
Bromstedt, a sophomore midfielder from Parkville, Mo., tallied team bests of four goals, six assists and 14 points, while also attempting a team-high 38 shots. He ranked third in assists, seventh in points, eighth in goals and 10th in shots among the league's best.
A freshman forward from North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, Kuhler also netted a team-leading four goals, two of which were game winners, while adding one assist for nine points.
