TULSA, Okla. – Down one golfer, the Tulsa women's golf team turned in a final round score of 305 Tuesday at the Dale McNamara Invitational for a final score of 911. The Golden Hurricane placed 7th overall in the 13-team field, while 17th-ranked Oklahoma State held off a late charge by Texas A&M to win the tournament title at the par-70 Tulsa Country Club course.
A pair of Tulsa juniors, Olivia Jackson and Johanna Samuelsson, finished in 8th and 9th place respectively. Jackson had a final round 76 and finished the 54-hole event with a 7-over par 217 score, while just behind her was Samuelsson with a 218 total score.
